Anthony E. Westreich, chairman and CEO of Monday Properties in New York City, offers investors the benefit of diverse experience in commercial real estate. He has served in his current role for more than a decade, during which time he has facilitated more than $12 billion in transactions and leased more than 9 million square feet of office space. Anthony Westreich oversees a portfolio that includes numerous prominent Manhattan properties, including 386 Park Avenue South and 237 Park Avenue, as well as more than 3 million square feet of office property across Rosslyn, Virginia.
Mr. Westreich founded Monday Properties when he completed his 2004 purchase of Max Capital Management Corporation, which he had led as president for two years. He has also led as a partner in the Washington, DC, area firm of Westfield Realty, where he facilitated significant growth via a joint venture with homebuilder Eakin/Youngentob Associates.
Continuously active in his industry as well as the greater community, Mr. Westreich contributes to such non-profit groups as as the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the Women’s International Zionist Organization (WIZO), and Mt. Sinai Hospital.
